LEADERSHIP

During this time, I led a team of designers, managing their daily tasks and organizing the department’s workflow through Asana. We became the benchmark for organization within the company. Together, we transformed an almost non-existent brand into one with a strong identity and recognizable name, leaving a lasting impact on its growth and positioning.

CLIENT SKILLS

Working closely with the client it was an invaluable experience. I gained deep insights into their mindset, work methods, and the critical importance of understanding the product to communicate it effectively to the target audience. During my time, I witnessed Bipi’s expansion into five new European markets, an extraordinary journey of personal and professional growth within a thriving company.

While focusing on Bipi’s brand image, I dedicated myself to creating all the visual content published. Every video featured in this portfolio was professionally filmed but personally edited by me. This hands-on approach ensured each piece aligned perfectly with the brand's vision and storytelling objectives.
